A 10-color RPG palette: steel and leather ramps for equipment, skin and cloth tones for characters, plus a magic accent for effects.
Where to use this palette
- Armor: #a8b6c8 → #6e7f96 ramp, highlights toward #efe6d8.
- Leather straps and boots: #c0b283 → #8b6f47.
- Magic effects: #9b7ec8 with #5e4b8b shadows — keep it under 10% of the sprite's area.
- Skin ramp #e8c39e → #c99b6e works across most character skin tones at 16–32px.
