Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing Pixel Asset Lab ("the service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

Pixel Asset Lab provides browser-based tools for creating pixel art assets: a pixel editor, an AI concept generator, a sprite sheet maker and local/cloud project storage. The service is provided free of charge; we may add, change or remove features at any time.

3. Your artwork & ownership

You retain all rights to artwork you create. We claim no ownership over your projects. You are responsible for keeping your own backups — local data can be lost by clearing browser storage, and cloud sync may fail.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the AI generator to create content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or infringes others' rights;
• impersonate real people or create misleading depictions of real individuals;
• attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or resell access to it;
• abuse rate limits or automated access (scraping, botting) beyond normal interactive use.

We may suspend access for violations of these rules.

5. AI-generated content

AI output is provided "as is" as a creative starting point. It may contain artifacts or resemble existing works. It is your responsibility to review, refine and ensure your final assets do not infringe third-party rights before using them commercially. We do not warrant that AI output complies with any specific game engine's technical requirements.

6. Intellectual property of the service

The service itself — software, design, branding and documentation — is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse these parts without permission.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixel Asset Lab and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data (such as locally stored projects) arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms. Sections 3, 5, 7 and 8 survive termination.

10. Changes & contact
